Born on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and proudly based in Newcastle for over a decade, Bec has a genuine connection to the local community and lifestyle. She brings a warm, people-first approach to Salt Property, underpinned by strong HR expertise and a passion for building positive, high-performing workplaces.

In her role, Bec will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment and onboarding, compliance and employment frameworks, performance management, staff wellbeing, professional development, and the implementation of clear, effective HR processes. She will work closely with leadership and the wider team to ensure best-practice systems are in place, providing practical guidance, clear communication, and trusted support at every level of the business.

Approachable, down to earth and highly organised, Bec is committed to creating a professional, supportive environment where people feel confident, valued, and empowered to do their best work.

Outside of the office, Bec is a proud mother of three who loves spending time with family and friends and making the most of the outdoors — a balance she strongly believes contributes to a healthy and successful workplace.
