Lucia is our very first School-Based Trainee.

Lucia is embarking on an incredible journey by undertaking her CPP31519 – Certificate III in Real Estate Practice. This traineeship allows her to gain hands-on industry experience and a formal qualification, all while finishing her school studies.

It’s a big milestone for both Lucia and our agency as we invest in the next generation of real estate professionals. We can’t wait to watch her grow, learn the ropes, and bring her energy to the office.
